We ship with UPS worldwide.

Delivery times

Our products are handcrafted to order. Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. In general, from order to delivery, please allow approximately 4 weeks. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number to follow the delivery in real time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel and are shown separately at checkout. For international shipments, the cost will be displayed before order confirmation.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply, payable by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. Lunardelli Est. 1967 S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Packaging

Every product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives intact. In the event of damage during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by writing to info@lunardellivenezia.net with photographs of the damage and the packaging (see Terms and Conditions, art. 8).
