Emerging shoals represent a unique and vital ecosystem for the Venetian lagoon. Incredibly, reeds and water plants are able to thrive here, nourished by the brackish water. These slender plants are unsteadily balanced between the soil that anchors them and the disquieting wind.
Canneto is inspired by such shapes, taking form in a series of lamps which vary in height and can be used separately or displayed in an artistic composition.
